Our workshop at Megacentro Lurín
The GDA Group workshop is located at Carretera Panamericana Sur Km 29.5, Megacentro Lurín, Unit D-20, in South Lima, Peru. From here we service turbochargers and industrial engines for customers throughout Peru, with direct access to the Panamericana Sur highway.
It has 400 m² dedicated to the overhaul, repair and balancing of multi-brand turbochargers and to industrial engine maintenance, about 45 km from the Port of Callao and the SIMA Shipyard.

What do we do at the workshop?
Turbocharger overhaul and repair
Overhauls, major repairs and maintenance of ABB/Accelleron, KBB, Napier and MAN turbochargers, among other brands. See the details in turbocharger maintenance and repair.
Dynamic rotor balancing
We balance the rotating assembly on our Schenck balancing machine to eliminate vibration and extend the life of bearings and seals.
High-precision metrology
We measure clearances, wear and tolerances of each component and compare them with the manufacturer’s specifications before deciding what to repair and what to replace.
Industrial engine maintenance and overhaul
Caterpillar, MAN, MTU, MAK and Wärtsilä engines through GDA Industry Solutions, and MAN STX and MTU STX engines as the official STX Engine agent in Peru.
When the equipment cannot leave the vessel or plant, our technicians also work on site.
